This program brings together a small group of senior public servants seeking their next leadership challenge. The group meets quarterly for a facilitated discussion on the goals and issues faced by individuals within the group.

We look for individuals who are motivated to contribute to the group, learn from each other’s experiences and consider new perspectives on common issues.

The program commences with a half-day session covering a theoretical basis. The three follow-up sessions will be shaped by the participants and will be a mix of discussion, group work and guest speakers from the public sector.
